One of the reasons I am writing down these thoughts is so that people that have more information than I can correct me when I am wrong. Hopefully I will then learn.
I had the opportunity to meet Greg Garcia last week at the RSA Conference. While he certainly has a huge challenge in front of him he is a very sharp and congenial person. His biggest priority needs to be getting the appropriate level of funding so he can do his job effectively.
I know and absolutely agree that Greg is an incredibly qualified individual Bob. The fact of the matter is that it is a Herculean task and I am not sure anyone can do it based on the balance of responsibility vs. authority.
