One of the reasons I am writing down these thoughts is so that people that have more information than I can correct me when I am wrong. Hopefully I will then learn.

Prosoft Security
I hammered Prosoft for the typical "We have security" marketing approach but they really anted up with this post. It doesn't provide details for their solutions (which I would still like to see) but it does show that they understand this problem.
The interviews I'm working on are slow in the coming... still working on something more comprehensive on security. In the meantime, I just stumbled on these articles in Automation World on security. I haven't read them yet, but I'm gonna.
