One of the reasons I am writing down these thoughts is so that people that have more information than I can correct me when I am wrong. Hopefully I will then learn.
Napoleon 14th's ditty was a favorite of mine from Dr. Demento's show. The job of CISO is at least better for the IT department because they realize they need it. In an ICS, people are still figuring that part out.
