Isn't this the most refreshing example of problem announcement you have ever seen.

If only all services where this upfront about their problems and causes. (and solutions)

I saw that yesterday as well, and had to sit back and smile at it and reflect on it just a bit. I said to myself, now that's how you go about admitting a mistake, admitting you fucked up, explain what happened, accept reality as it is, and move on. The audience understands, for the most part, and welcomes the honesty and candid approach.

I wish management in anything but refreshing startups were as sympathetic to such approaches, ya know?
